1. Schedule a Free Estimate

Request a free estimate using our online form or by calling (720) 673-2046. We’ll briefly discuss your ideas for the project and schedule a time for a free in-person estimate.

2. Free On-Site Estimate

We’ll come to your home or business to assess the space, inspect your concrete, and discuss your goals. We’ll walk you through available style options and finishes. You’ll get a clear quote and expert recommendations tailored to your floor’s condition, traffic, and usage needs. We will collect a project deposit, which allows us to schedule your installation date.

3. Floor Prep & Repair

Proper prep is the most important step. You’ll need to completely clear your garage or work area so that we have full access to every nook and cranny of the floor. We’ll grind the surface to open the concrete pores, repair any cracks or joints, and address any uneven or damaged areas. We use industrial-grade grinders, vacuums, and repair materials for clean, precise results. This ensures maximum adhesion and a flawless finish.

4. Application Day

Once the surface is prepped, we apply your chosen epoxy or polyaspartic system. Flakes are broadcasted (if selected), followed by a topcoat for durability, gloss, and UV protection. Polyaspartic coatings cure in just hours so your garage might be ready the same day!

5. Curing

Once your floor has properly cured (usually within 12-48 hours, weather depending) you’re free to start using it!
